PDF: How to Add Hyperlink to Footer on All Pages of Acrobat Document
Since MS Word does not seem to provide hyperlinks in the Footer portion of the pages, I need to add the Hyperlinks to the footer of every page of my PDF document. I figured out how to add a link to the footer of one page at a time by using the Links tool. This allows me to draw a rectangle around the portion of text that is to contain a hyperlink. In my case, I just drew a rectangle around the entire footer and assigned it a link.
What I'd like to know is how to do this for all 62 pages in batch mode of some sort? Or, how to copy and paste the portion that I just created as a link.

Solution
=======
I have to use the explicit URL in the Footer of the MS Word Document.
This Works:
http://www.my-link.com/somepage.html
The Hyperlink Anchor Text does not:
_Click_Here_
I will award points to Pryach in order to close the question.

That is why I posted this question for the PDF, since my ultimate goal is to create the links in the footer of the PDF pages. I can add the links on each page one at a time, but that will be tedious for 62 pages, especially when I modify the Word doc and generate a new PDF file.
