Norton 2004 couldn't delete two files it found.

Hi All,

        My Norton antivirus 2004 found two virus yesterday after I did a full system scan, but it said fail to delete, I've no idea why.
        The two files are "ATPartner.dll" and "msbb321.dll", can anyone tell me what are they?

i deserve a split aswell! when a file cant be deleted by norton, usually if u kill iexplore.exe and explorer.exe it allows u to delete them
