Pervasive Btrieve errors

I am receiving btrieve errors in our software of 3012, 3111, and 3112.  Is there any help for this.  The version of pervasive is 7.9.  I cannot access the monitor using a TS client.  I read about changing something in the registry but do not see that location in our registry.  This is Windows Server 2000.Start Free Trial
