Linked server to Progress 91e ( 32bit database odbc driver)  and SQL SERVER 2005 64 BIT

Zones: SQL Server 2005, MS SQL Server, Progress 4GL Database
have installed SQL Server 2005 64 bit
I am trying to set up a linked server for progress database 91e  but I only have 32bit driver for progress database.  It adds the linked server ok but when I test the connection I receive the below error.
The OLE Provider has not been registered error 7304
