Failed to retrieve data from database Crystal Reports 11

When I attempt to Refresh data in Crystal Reports 11 Pro I get the following error after entering in my Parameter fields, and entering my vaild username and password for accessing my database:

Failed to retrieve data from the database.
Details: HY000:[Data Direct][ODBC Progress OpenEdge Wire Protocol Driver][OpenEdge] Access denied (Authorization Failed)(7512)[Database Vendor Code: -20228]

The report pulls data from a Hagen OA 10.0.3 database.  The report runs fine from inside Hagen, but if you are testing/developing you don't want to run from inside Hagen.

If I enter a default username and password then I don't get the error I get my report but it's missing all information from the database.

DO you use the same ODBC connection from the Hagan application?

Yes, I believe so.  I setup an ODBC driver called OpenEdge that is supplied with the Hagen application.  This driver enables clients to run Crystal Reports without having it installed on their local system just utilizing the Hagen internal Crystal runtime.

It's like I don't have permission from inside Crystal reports, even if I connect to the database with valid credentials.

Yes.  And all applicable patches for the driver and for Crystal 11.

Appears to only be an issue with only one report (so far) in Progress, I tested 8 other reports and they all were able to connect to the database and run the report inside Crystal Reports.
