Saving Database Diagram from MSSQL Enterprise manager

Zones: MS SQL Server, Databases Miscellaneous, 4GL Databases
How can I save the database diagram in MSSQL enterprise manager and save it to a file which I can then import into Visio or some other tool. Can this be done? I am able to save, however I do not see that file when I search. Please advise
