ACT 2006: Mapping the fields to an Excel file.
I am upgrading to 2008, and in the old version I have created some new fields. According to the help, I have to select an Excel cell to map, by clicking on the "Map to Contact, etc. But when I do that only the contents of the Contact Name is mapped to the next cell.
What I am trying to achieve is to map all the fields, including the ones that I have created, copy it to an Excel file or any other format, Then from 2008, I could upload this mapped file so that when I do the conversion, the fields are already there in 2008, otherwise it will be a blank in 2008.
