We are setting up our database for the first time. When our users attach their e-mails through Outlook into their ACT! contacts they are not able to view the attachment in the history tab. However, when they syncronize with the Host database the host database shows all of the attachment and history of all e-mails. Why would the remote users not be able to see the attached e-mails in their local history tab but the Host database shows it. This one has me stumped! Thanks for any advice you can offer.
