I have ACT running on a network of 15 users sharing 3 different databases. The server is SBS2003. ACT runs okay (everyone can access the databases, do lookups) but has a couple of intermittent bugs. 1. Sometimes changes to the database won't be saved. 2. Sometimes mail merges will hang up in the middle. In the application event logs of all the users' computers at time of logon, is this error message:
Event Type: Error

I have not been able to find anything about this. Would this be causing the problems? And any suggestions on how to fix it?
