Browse All TopicsAn employee created an ACT! 9.0 database and has now left the company. I downloaded and installed a trial version of ACT! 11.0 and tried to open the database. It asks for username and password which I do not have. Is there anyway to get around this, so I can access this former employee's database, contacts, etc?
Thank you!
