I have a Act! 2008 premium running but i need to insert some data into the MSSQL Db nightly but durning the ACT software install it auto create the DB MSSQL password how do i try to recovery that password?

The manufacture of the software sell an application to recover the SA password (Not sure if it is still available and if it is that any Jo Blogs can get it), however you may need to sign a disclaimer to get it that could potentially void your warranty.
It's still not advisable to write directly to the SQL database.
Sage do have the SA Pass utility (free in Europe and for a charge elsewhere).
It's only available as an option for the Premium versions and it won't work for writing to the database (won't support sync, won't link files correctly) - it's also not permitted under their EULA.
That's why the SDK or an add-on using the SDK like itImport are the only choices.

If you try to write directly to the SQL database, you'll damage the database.
If you need to write to the ACT! database externally, the correct way is to use the ACT! SDK.
If you're not a programmer, the easiest way is to use something like itImport - http://www.glcomputing.com
