ACT For Web, Save to computer not working on one of our PC's

ACT Premium for web (2006) does not work on one of our computers. If you login (in IE7) on one of our computers and go to Write, other document from template. Pick and open a Template. Then within that template, goto file, save as, and click the My Computer Icon. When you do that the save as screen automatically closes and nothing was saved. On all of our other PC's when you click on My Computer it allows you to select where you want to save the template.

I have reinstalled IE and ensured the settings are the same as on the other computers.

Can someone please help.
