Inexpensive FAX software for Act! 2009

I had been using WinFax Pro with ACT but after upgrading to MS Vista, it no longer works.  Are there any inexpensive FAX solutions that work with Act like WinFax Pro did?  The $US79 for FAXAdmin seems too steep for my simple uses.  I have an HP all-in-one printer/fax, but it doesn't allow me to keep track in ACT of whom I've sent faxes to.

There is no other option for local faxing other than FaxAdmin

I personally use MergeMaster! - http://www.prodocom.com.au/mergeMaster.php
But it uses an external service

These are the only two fax solution that I know that work.
