ACT - SQL Server - Having to reboot Server every day

We are having to reboot the server every day.  Looking at the logs below, can anyone help?

2009-10-21 02:36:17.68 spid51      Setting database option MULTI_USER to ON for database SunriseCompany_v9.
2009-10-21 03:00:46.85 spid11s     Service Broker manager has shut down.
2009-10-21 03:00:48.12 spid5s      SQL Server is terminating in response to a 'stop' request from Service Control Manager. This is an informational message only. No user action is required.
2009-10-21 03:00:48.12 spid5s      SQL Trace was stopped due to server shutdown. Trace ID = '1'. This is an informational message only; no user action is required.

Is your Service Broker running fine..

Kindly try applying SP3 for your SQL Server 2005 and check whether it fixes or not..

How do I know if Service Broker is running fine?  SP3 is not installed, I will try installing it.

Correction, SP3 is installed, but it needed an additional security update.

It looks like this all started happening after our server downloaded many  automatic updates last week.

After trying to install the security update, SQL stopped working again, and the update failed.  Then I figured out that automatic updates are scheduled each morning at 3am and that is when it goes down, because it must turn off the SQL Server then try to install the update.  And it fails each night.  I have auto update turned off for the time being.
