I have a contact that I cannot delete.
The contact used to be a user.
I deleted the user, but they still appear in the contact list with the key symbol indicating they are a user and the option to delete is greyed out.
How can I delete them?

If nothing is in that field, it means there is some corruption... I'd try a repair with ACTDIAG

What name shows up in the Record Manager field for the contact?
