Cannot remove contact from ACT Premium 2009, contact was a user

Hi,

I have a contact that I cannot delete.
The contact used to be a user.

I deleted the user, but they still appear in the contact list with the key symbol indicating they are a user and the option to delete is greyed out.

How can I delete them?

What name shows up in the Record Manager field for the contact?

No name is listed in the record manager field.

Nothing is listed in that field? Can you change it to anything else?

If nothing is in that field, it means there is some corruption... I'd try a repair with ACTDIAG

I've run a repair, but still cannot set the record manager or delete the record.

Did you try ALL the repair items in that link... if nothing else, the last one (Import to a Copy) should fix it.
