Access goldmine via vpn

We have Goldmine 7 set up on SBS 2003 server accessing SQL 2000 database.  All users access the application via a shared network drive.  There are no local instllations.  There is a VPN connection into the organisaton.  The router is a Cisco 877 router.

Fileshare access through the VPN is working.

However, when attempting to run Goldmine, there is no result.  After as long as 3 hours, the application has still not started.

Is there anything special that I need to do to the VPN / Firewall / Router / Goldmine t allow this to work properly.Start Free Trial
