To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating. - The Grade of the Solution
- The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
- The Number of Author and Expert Comments
- The Number of Experts Contributing
- The Feedback of the Community
Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. I currently have a program which fires customer data into Goldmine from a website using a third party program which I have no knowledge of. The data set which is inserted contains the usual name, address, telephone number along with the source and name of the person who entered the data into the website. The source data is inserted into the Source field in GM whilst the person who entered the data is entered into the notes field. In an ideal world, I would get the program which inserts the data into goldmine to insert the data into the required field but I have no knowledge of developement/coding
Via the automated process, I would like to be able to identify these deals and take the name of the person from the notes and insert it into Key 5, is this possible? Im thinking the process would need to run twice a day.
