When I attemtp to  Enable Email viewer option in Goldmine 6.5 the Option is grayed out. How do I enable it?

Goldmine 6.5 has an option to Bnealbe IE as E-mail viewer. My option is greyed out and I cannot enable it. There must be a  switch somehwere else.
