Business Contact Manager data migration

Need to migrate business contact data from one machine running Vista and Office 2007 to another machine running same. Can someone tell me how to move the data across.

Backup your Outlook data
http://www.vista4beginners.com/Backup-your-Outlook-Inbox

Then import them to Outlook 2007 in new computer
http://www.vista4beginners.com/migrate-to-Outlook-2007-and-Windows-Vista

Its the business contact data I want to back up which I presume is held in the SQLExpress database
