We have an Application Synchronization setup in ACT! 2007 Premium for workgroups. We have one master DB and 3 remote databases syncing to it over VPN. Two of them stoped working a few weeks ago.
Basically, when you try to sync, it will go up to the point "Synchronizing Files". When it reaches that, the "Overal Progress" bar does not move anymore. We have applied hotfix and also disabled firewall and simple file sharing. The ACT Version: 9.0.1.162, Hotfix 3, The SQL servers are also updated with Serivice Pack 2 from ACT! support. Also, we have done the databases mainteances.
Any ideas why it stopped working?
