Browse All TopicsI am using DB2 database as a back-end for PB70. I want to concatenate two fields from a table out of which one is string and the other is numeric.
I tried following sqls (Field1 is string;Field2 is numeric) :-
1.select field1 || string(field2) from MyTable;
2. Select Field1 Concat Char(Field2) As CombinedField From MyTable.
3. SELECT cast CONCAT (Field1 , Field2) from MyTable;
4. SELECT concat( field1 , convert(varchar, field2) ) from MyTable;
None of these worked.
Can anyone suggest the correct syntax for this.
Thanks,
Ranjeet
