Getting SQL1035N while drop db operation

I am getting "SQL1035N  The database is currently in use.  SQLSTATE=57019" while Drop db command.
I am restoring DB and commands fired and errors got are as follows, because of these error i need to drop DB and need to do redirected restore. But problem is DB drop command is getting error SQL1035N

Commands i fired during restore is as follows:- 
$ db2 restore db BTMUATDB taken at 20091028160615 into BTM216_2
    SQL2529W  Warning!  Restoring to an existing database that is different from
    the backup image database, and the alias name "BTM216_2" of the existing
    database does not match the alias name "BTMUATDB" of the backup image, and the
    database name "BTM216_2" of the existing database does not match the database
    name "BTMUATDB" of the backup image. The target database will be overwritten
    by the backup version. The Roll-forward recovery logs associated with the
    target database will be deleted.

SQL2563W  The restore process has completed successfully, but one or more
table spaces from the backup were not restored.
 
$ db2 connect to BTM216_2
SQL1117N  A connection to or activation of database "BTM216_2" cannot be made
because of ROLL-FORWARD PENDING.  SQLSTATE=57019
 
$ db2 rollforward dbBTM216_2
SQL0104N  An unexpected token "dbBTM216_2" was found following "ROLLFORWARD".

$ db2 rollforward db BTM216_2

    SQL1271W  Database "BTM216_2" is recovered but one or more table spaces are
    off-line on node(s) "0".
 
$ db2 drop db BTM216_2
