GPS positions onto a website

Asked by cybergenie in GIS & GPS Programming

Tags: map, gps, position, website

I am working with a project to make it possible to transmit GPS position co-ordinates onboard a few ships to an e-mail address and then extract those data to a website with a geografical map showing exactly where the ships are.
The first part is already done. Left is how to get the website part to function.
(the ships sail in northern europe)

It would probably be set to update every hour perhaps.

Are there any solutions out there that I could use?
