Google Maps - Multiple Addresses from Database

I found this code here http://www.experts-exchange.com/Database/GIS_and_GPS/Q_24139634.html that is close to what need although it does have trouble finding some of the addresses when I put more than 5 or 6 in the array. I need to be able to have the option to have different markers and different information in the HTML info windows for each address. Also it would be nice if the HTML info window opened on hover. I know enough about this to do basic code changes. Can anyone help?
