Yes just create the KML file and link to it
http://code.google.com/api
If you are using a Garmin GPS unit for this work, then use DNR Garmin to connect to the GPS unit and directly create a KML file. DNR Garmin is free.
If not, save your excel file to a comma delimited *.csv file, and use a tool like this to convert it to KML. http://freegeographytools.
It appears that your data is in Latitude (Northing) and Longitude(easting), but just to be sure, you need to have your coordinates in Latitude and Longitude for it to plot correctly in Google Earth.
Cheers,
David
Which solution is not free?
DNR Garmin is a free program, http://www.dnr.state.mn.us
The only thing I can think of is that DNR Garmin might require ArcView, but I can't try this, and I'm pretty sure it is standalone.
I only ask, because I would like to know for myself.
Cheers,
David

There are only three locations here - is this just some sample data?
Location 1 seems just west of the As Seeb International Airport
If so take the co-ordinates and enter them into Google Maps search bar as Northing followed by Easting
If you have loads of co-ordinates to map you could use the Google Maps API but these should take you a few minutes to plot.
