How to get the Location information from GTP (GPRS Tunneling Protocol) protocol?

I have been working on Location Based services for Mobile phone.
To make it universal, dont want to use GPS or Satellite for Tracking/Locating information. I have been working with GPRS to track the location of the mobile user.

There is a Protocol called GTP (GPRS Tunneling Protocol). This is used to communicate between GGSN and SGSN.  
My question is how to retrieve the GTP Header and then locate the Location Information?Start Free Trial
