With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. Insert or update a record if it already exists

Experts,
I'm trying to Insert a record into a Table, but if already exists, I need it to Update instead.
I've tried some code with mysql and oracle syntax, but Cache doesn't seem to like them.

You can see from my 2 code samples what I'm trying to do. Please let me know how I can change the syntax to something that Cache will like!
