well you seem to have eliminated specifically firebird problems and it still looks very much like a network permissions issue. Can the other PC's connect to anything on the server?

Yes. This server is file server, sql server 2005, dc and Terminal server in remote administration mode and works fine.

Sorry, I dont understand more of databases, I am system administrator. I know that I have an application that not works because have a error when I try to open:

SERVER01TS (Client)      Fri Jun 19 11:19:08 2009
      INET/inet_error: connect errno = 10060

And I check the ports and I detect that I can't telnet from other pc's to the port 2050.

Hi Alex

Please run

netstat -an

1:

Select allOpen in new window

from windows command line and see if anything is running on port 3050, hopefully it is Firebird.  Secondly if you're using legacy client in Firebird you may want to check if adding the port in the services file in windows doesn't fix your problem:

gds_db 3050 tcp

1:

Select allOpen in new window

The services file is usually under windows or windows\system32\etc\drivers

Edit file services:

 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\services.

Add this line:
 gds_db 3050 tcp

---------------First check if you install "Firebird x64" if yes, then remember must be installed with "administrator" privileges.
