Browse All TopicsI'm looking for free ldap-proxy, which can be configured in read-only mode(if it makes any sense).
The machine for proxy is RHEL5. Currently I configured simple port forwarding with xinetd, but still I'd like some piece of software with more control.

OpenLDAP can work as ldap proxy.
c/admin24/ slapdconf2 .html#Back end- specif ic%20Direc tives
You can choose the backend type for OpenLDAP and can select 'LDAP' there.
Also you can configure your own access list, overriding the remote one.
