LDAP Query Filter

I would like to do a query based on a partial string in the dn.  Here is an example:

(&(objectclass=user)(dn='OU=TEACHERS,DC=ad,DC=mySchool,DC=k12,DC=mi,DC=us'))

The actual values for DN might be:

CN=asmith, OU=TEACHERS, DC=ad, DC=mySchool, DC=k12, DC=mi, DC=us

I want be able to find all the teachers based on a dn ending with 'OU=TEACHERS,DC=ad,DC=mySchool,DC=k12,DC=mi,DC=us'

Please provide an example if this is possible.
