Global Catlog - Ldap searchtime

My Senario is :

I am having  one    Domain controler  and one Additional domain controller.

both have checked " Global catlog " (enabled),

i have  Exchange server with Cluster and client access , and MOM server for alerts...

since couple of months i am getting error  as below


I am experiencing the error called " Ldap Searchtime"  Exchange 2007: GO-HYD-EXCASUM1: LDAP Search Time - sustained for 5 minutes - Red(>100msec)., pleaese suggest us how to resolve this issue.  

I went to couple of microsoft links, but not usefull...

please suggest me best suitable solution to resolve this issue, and also give me best monitoring tools  to check Active directory bottelnec error checking tools
