Service terminated with the following error - %%6422492

We have an issue where an application has three services that keep failing.  The error in the title is what we are seein gin the event log.  Someone had put in a policy on the default domain policy to restrict the log on as a service right to service accounts.  We can use the service accounts set up in the policy to get the service to start, but it usually goes down every 20-30 min.  I have tried using the service accounts and the local administrator account with the same results.  Is there anything I can check in the policy that is causing this, or am I going down the wrong path?  Any help would be appreciated.
