Simple script using text file as input

Hi,

I need help creating a script for MS SQL Server 2005.

I have a list of number that is stored in a text file:

C:\DATA\INPUT.TXT

The list goes like this:

12345
767446
64847
74874878

I need to run query for each number using the below SQL statement (see in the CODE section).

The <number_from_list> should be substituted with the number from the text file.

And I want the output to be COMMA separated so then I can import it to Microsoft Excel.
