You found the same note I did. Believe it or not I found the issue by complete twist of fate. I was talking to their IT person and she was talking about a party she hosted. As soon as she said host, I thought to myself about a host file. Sure enough, given that this image was a copy when I checked the host file the IP address was for that of the other server. As soon as I changed the IP address to one assigned to this server everything worked.<br />
