How large is your database? Number of tables, queries, forms, etc. If it's not overly large, you can proabably do it manually by opening a new database in Access and creating tables, queries, forms, etc. on the fly.
If you have any data in your Lotus db, probably the best way would be to just export it as text, then import into Access when you have your tables complete.

Jim/Danny and CQuinn,
Thanks all for your comments - the Lotus Approach DB consists of only contact information (names & addresses).
So, reading Danny's reply - I can export to Lotus 1-2-3 and then convert to Excel, and then import into Access - correct? Or is there easier way of doing it?
Once again guys thanks for all your comments/suggestions.

It might not be a bad idea to create 20-pt. 'Linking' questions in the Databases and Lotus Notes/Domino TA's, where you copy/paste the URL from this question into those, and use a question title of (Link) How to convert Lotus Approach Database to MicroSoft Access.
I suspect that the experts in those might be more familiar with Lotus Approach Database than your typical Access expert.
per above, Access can read text, .csv. and Excel, so basically just export your data, get it into one of those formats, then you can import into Access.
