I have a table like this

I would like to query the table to get results like this

You can use the function DList() from Access & VB's Missing Domain Lookup Functions. Create a new module and paste the code from the article. You can then write queries like
SELECT ID, DList('[Date]','tblDates',
FROM tblDates
GROUP BY ID
SELECT ID, DList('[Date]','tblDates',
FROM tblSomething
