just-in-time debugger

Just recently ,some of my software does not load.at the same time I get this error message on reboot of PC
" Visual Studio Just-in-Time Debugger "  "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in cxsrrs.exe [1980].Just-in-time debugging this exception failed with the following error;No installed debugger has Just-in-time debugger enabled.In VisualStudio,Just-In-Time debugging can be enabled from Tools/Options/Debugging/Just-In-Time.
Check the documentation indexfor Just-in-Time debugging, errors for more information. My problem is I have gone down the Tools/Options route.in both Outlook Express and Firefox  but cannot find anything relating to debugger..Where do I look thanksStart Free Trial
