Browse All TopicsI'm looking for a Windows 95/98 based Database front end builder. I don't want to do any heavy programming. Something like MS Access but free! It must be quick and easy to build an app that sits on the pc. I don't want something that's browser based. It would be nice if it connected to MySql for it's data, but not essential. I have considered using php-gtk but I'm not sure how much programming is required.

Try Delphi
Borland released various versions of their earlier Delphi products for free. It's not opensource but the word free could be the inducement.
