problem while installing oracle 9i on redhat linux 9

I got 4 problem while installing oracle 9i on redhat linux 9


1.i have followed every pre-installation steps before installing oracle 9i on redhat linux 9.0
  when i am executing the software for installation under oracle user i.e /mnt/cdrom/runInstaller
  the installation starts smoothly but on the shell terminal a warning message is displayed

  can somebody tell me what this message means & why the warning ?.........

2. after installing oracle,when i use sql worksheet under oem to connect to the database as sysdba this
   error is displayed

   oracleTIGER: relocation error: /opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/lib/libjox9.so: undefined symbol: __fixunssfdi
   ERROR:ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact

3. when i connect to the database as sysdba on shell terminal.it gets connected as to idle instance
   and then issuing startup command it gets connected.
   is there any solution so that if i connect,it should directly get connected to the database.

4. when i am using isqlplus in the browser,its stating that connection is refused by the server
   even when my httpd server is running.....
   what could be the problem
