I need some help.
I want to install BDB on my PC (windows XP) but i'm stuck.
What acctually i need when i want to install BDB in my PC?
Should i build all the things - (BDB,Tcl,java) and after i build, how i can used the .dll file.
Is there any easy way to setup or install BDB because one of my friend says there is setup file for windows installation.
I hope u guys can help me. give me some guidance

Well it is difficult to tell that you acutually need. And of course we don't know if you need the TCL or java langauge bindings. Just if you do you need all what is needed for writing extensions to TCL e.g. If you happen to use lcc-win32 an installer is available from our homepage (see my profile).

If you use MSVC then you will probaly happy to hear that .dsw file are provide at least with the stuff you can download from here:

What you need under and circumstances is some sort of compiler to build that database, that is of course not problem, because you want to program BDB won't you?
