Browse All TopicsI have a table structure like this:
idClient DateBuy Price
1 2005/09/01 150
2 2005/08/01 200
3 2005/06/01 300
1 2005/07/01 200
2 2005/06/01 1000
3 2005/05/01 450
I'm trying to do a SQL query that returns the max date from each client. I say for each client, because I don't want the max date from all the records (that would be easy, with a subquery like "where dateBuy = (select max(date) from table)"), I want the max from each one.
In this example, it should return (also ordered by price)
idClient Date Price
3 2005/06/01 300
2 2005/08/01 200
1 2005/09/01 150
I hope you can help me, thanks a lot.
