SQL Syntax --> If Exists

I have a table that is generated with Dynamic SQL. The columns of the table are built depending on data that is inserted to a table.

I have a stored procedure that pulls data from this table that is created with dynamic sql. Since the data set is built with dynamic SQL, it may or may not contain the columns in the stored procedure, however I need to pull them if they are there. Is there conditional syntax for this, for example, see the following:

Is there a way to select certain fields with If Exists similar to the following?

if exists(field4)
from tablexyz
