Sql Server Replication

Hi

We are using the Sap Buisiness One application on the WAN ie the client computers are geographically seperated.
Due to the poor performance of the SQL server we need to setup the Replicating servers over different locations.
So is it possible for us to do this as SAP is using auto numbering field as the primary key?
