How to become a DB admin/engineer ???

Hi Experts,

I have basic administrating knowledge on DBs (Oracle on windows Linux and Solaris., MS-SQL on windows) Basic knowledge in the scene installation, DB create User create, Schema etc, export, import etc.

I’m planning to start readings on become a DB administration (DB desing and all) specially on MS-SQL data bases. I’m clueless about this and no idea to how to start and where to start.

Can you please pull some resources to start as a novice, and some guidance on getton to a expert level on time being.
