Date Records Were Entered Into Microsoft Access

Hello,

I have been given an Access Database with about 6,000 records for personel details i.e name, address, and telephone number. There is no data field for when the record was added.

what I need to do is mail shot the records that were added in the last 2 years, is there a way to filter/sort records by the date they were added. We want to do this as the more recent ones are likley to be correct.
