Multiple checkbox values into Database table

Hallo Experts.
What is the best way to store an insert into a database with all his characteristics using checkboxes?
Must i store all the characteristics from a subject that will be inserted in one table where the subject will have one subject_id or is there another way?
For example on this site (http://suchen.mobile.de/fahrzeuge/search.html?scopeId=C&lang=en#1) are the values that we are looking for with the  checkboxes in one table?
