Transfer database from Pervasive SQL 2000i to PSQL v10 on a Server 2K3 Standard machine

I need to transfer a database from an old machine running pervasive sql 2000i to a new server running pervasive summit PSQL v10.  I'm unfamiliar with pervasive products, unsure of how to do this properly and have got the run around from pervasive for the last 2 days, so I've come to EE which is probably what I should have done in the first place.  Please help...
