Where E26 is my actual say I was shooting for 100% and got 98%, B26 is the weight lets say the element is worth 10% of my total score, and E27 is the percent actual to the goal.

currently it averages the column, but i need each value to only represent the weighted percentage of calls as shown in column K instead of each being valued equally. Does this make sense?

Column K should be a multiplication of columns B and I. (K6 = B6 * I6). From there, you can total up the answer speeds and divide by the total number of calls to get the weighted average.
So your formula for cell I20 would then be (with the formula I posted above in column K):
=Sum(K6:K19)/B20
