Netezza SQL Reference

My company has just purchased Netezza so we are in the process of rewritting our applications to utilized this new Database.  I have been unable to find online any solid reference of Netezza SQL syntax.  If someone could direct me where to go to find such a thing that would be great.

My secondary question is for help in building a specific SQL statement that is compatable with Netezza.  Please refer to the SQL Server code that I have posted below.  I need something like this that will run in Netezza.

IF EXISTS(SELECT * FROM TableName WITH(NOLOCK) WHERE Username = 'SomeUser')
	UPDATE TableName SET fieldX = 'someValue' WHERE Username = 'SomeUser'
ELSE
	INSERT INTO TableName (fieldX, fieldY, fieldZ) VALUES (valueX, valueY, valueZ);

Unable to provide the syntax for this since I haven't used Netezza but this tool named SwisSQL console would help you to do it..

Convert SQL Server syntax to Oracle and then to Netezza which is supported as per this tool

Yep, we are already using this tool.  It is helping us out a little for basic stuff like creating tables, very basic select statements, inserts and so forth, but when it comes to anything that is more advanced it tanks and gets confused.  We need an actual point of reference to teach us how to use this language.
