Query Help for SQL PLus

Hi,

I have a folder structure as below,

Rootnode
  |-> Node1
          |->Sub Node1
                  |-> .....
  |-> Node2
          |->Sub Node2
                  |-> .....
  |-> Node3
          |->Sub Node3
                  |-> .....
  |-> Node4
          |->Sub Node4
                  |-> .....

these folders may contain any number of subfolders. each folder can have any number of files in it. all these details are stored in the DB as follows,

Table Name : Collections
Fileds:
dcollectionID                      ---> ID of the folder
dparentcollectionid            ---> ID of the folders Parent


Table Name : Documents
Fileds:
did            ---> ID of the file in a folder
dfilesize     ---> file size of the file

with this details, i would like to write the following query.

Total size & number of files for each high level folder (Node1, Node2, Node3, Node4) should include all subfolders.

My output should be like this,

Node 1 :
---------
Total Size:
Number of files:

Node 2 :
---------
Total Size:
Number of files:

Node 3 :
---------
Total Size:
Number of files:

Node 4 :
---------
Total Size:
Number of files:

I am new to SQL plus. Please advice.
